Comera Pay has entered a strategic partnership with NymCard to advance a more connected business payment experience in the UAE, combining Comera Pay's customer platform with NymCard's payments infrastructure.

Comera Pay will lead the customer experience, bringing its intuitive digital platform together with NymCard's payments infrastructure to create a simpler, more connected way for businesses to manage corporate spending, subject to required approvals and final terms.
Comera Pay, a UAE-based digital financial services provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with NymCard, a payments infrastructure company, to advance a more connected business payment experience in the UAE.
Through the collaboration, Comera Pay intends to bring corporate card management, employee expense oversight, and invoice workflows into a simpler digital journey for eligible business customers. NymCard will provide the underlying payments infrastructure to support the proposed capabilities.
For businesses, the ambition is straightforward: less fragmentation across financial processes, clearer visibility over spending, and more practical control across day-to-day financial operations. By combining Comera Pay's customer-facing platform and understanding of local business needs with NymCard's infrastructure expertise, the collaboration is designed to translate complex back-end capabilities into an intuitive front-end experience.
The agreement was formally signed by Comera Pay and NymCard during the signing ceremony, marking the start of a joint implementation phase focused on developing, integrating, and testing a simpler, more connected business payment experience.

"Businesses should not have to navigate complexity to stay in control of their spending," said Akhtar Saeed Hashmi, Managing Director and Group CEO of Comera Financial Holding. "Our role is to make the experience simple, intuitive, and relevant to how companies operate. By bringing Comera Pay's customer-led platform together with NymCard's infrastructure capabilities, we aim to create a stronger digital experience for eligible businesses."
"The future of financial services will be shaped by platforms that make innovation faster, not more complex," said Omar Onsi, CEO and Founder of NymCard. "We're enabling partners like Comera Pay to continuously expand their digital offering and deliver new customer experiences."
Comera Pay and NymCard will implement the collaboration in accordance with applicable UAE laws, Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) requirements, and the scope of their respective regulatory permissions. Any resulting products or services, including their features, eligibility, fees, and availability, will be introduced only after required approvals and will remain subject to appropriate customer disclosures and final terms and conditions.
