If your concern remains unresolved

We take pride in our fair and thorough complaint resolution process. However, if you feel your issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to Sanadak — the UAE’s first legally established independent Ombudsman Unit.

Sanadak protects consumer rights and handles complaints related to Financial Institutions and Licensed Insurance Companies. It has taken over all consumer complaint-handling duties previously managed by the Central Bank of the UAE’s Consumer Protection Department and the Insurance Dispute Resolution Committee.
